First Research Authorization NROSCI 1901(1 - 6 credits, based on 4 - 5 hours per week during fall/spring terms): Students wishing to enroll in neuroscience research experiences for the first time in a specific laboratory should use this form: 1st Research Authorization - NROSCI 1901 fillable pdf

Once signed by the student and Primary Investigator and/or Research Mentor, submit here for Departmental Authorization.

Continuing Research Enrollment (1 - 6 credits) NROSCI 1901:

Students continuing their research experiences in a lab previously approved by the department but have not reached 6 credits cumulative total of NROSCI 1901 should enroll here:

Continuing Research Enrollment (1 - 6 credits) NROSCI 1961:

Students having had their research experience previously approved and wishing to enroll in no more than 6 credits of NROSCI 1961 - Thesis Research should enroll here:

Thesis Writing NROSCI 1962 (1 credit): Enrolling requires students to write a thesis based on research in a laboratory. The student and the principal investigator should complete the Thesis Writing Agreement together, then submit it to one of the four profs listed for approval. Once approved, submit the form for Thesis Writing Enrollment.

To enroll in 1-2 credits NROSCI 1097 - complete the Undergraduate Teaching Assistant form and submit it to:
